We cannot create the chances for him as he moves so poorly and is in the area he shouldn't be.

I remember 30 or so minute, Downing cuts inside looks to cross the ball and then realizes that Carroll is 3 feet away from around 30 yard mark and the whole play goes ****e.

He needs to be in the box and he is not there and few times he did get there he is too slow and others have to wait for him to get there.

They're spot on for me. What actual chances have we created for him? None whatsoever. Most of our crosses have either been low, or nowhere near him.

I'll acknowledge he needs to get in the 6 yard box more often, but we certainly arent playing to his strengths whatsoever. Outside of that, all he can do is try to link up the play and work hard - and he has done both.

It's not exactly spot on though then Craig......it's a mixture if both to say the least.
Cole even mentioned his intelligent movement, which has escaped me this game I have to say.
