This should be a win. Aston Villa are absolutely terrible in terms of their build-up play and pretty much all over the place.

3 points here. More worried about the Blackburn game on Tuesday.

We said that plenty of times especially at home and dropped points left and right against much worse teams than Villa.

To many times I expected our boys to step up at home and got disappointed time and time again this season.

There is absolutely no guarantees that we will deliver as this team lacks clinical finish so being cautiously optimistic is where I stand.

I don't think it will be that easy as Villa has some pace upfront that can hurt us.

I've suggested that a couple of times

If Agger isnt fit, I'd play Coates in a flat back four and then if that didnt work I'd go to 5 at the back as you have suggested

Kenny mentions determination about 5 or 6 times in that interview, i haven't seen any sort of determination in our team for quite some time now. Reminds me of Rafa's latter days when he kept saying "the players are working hard".

I laughed when he was saying about Doni looking sharper since he came to Liverpool, what a crock of **** Kenny. The only thing sharp about Doni is the splinters he has in his arse from sitting on the bench all season

i know he comes out with some good wit and cutting comments on occasion, but you could string a few of kennys press conferences together into a little dvd, would be great to play at bedtime

If Villa can get through the first 30 minutes of this match without conceding then I think we'll drop points here, could even be another 2-1 home defeat.
