if you cant go to a game, you basically lose out on the cost of it (which you've already paid for upfront).

I thought we could sell back any tickets you don't use back to the club? I am sure I read you can somewhere.

I have never done so as when I can't get to a game my Dad takes my little cousin along.

Also as for saying it's easy to get tickets to games if you don't have an ST... Sure, you can get them if you make the effort and try but I have heard horror stories from friends of being on hold for hours, terrible customer service and ridiculous costs in relation to doing so. I think it's a 5p/10p per minute line you have to call isn't it? If you are on the phone for hours trying to get a ticket for Man Utd or something then you're looking at your ticket cost being doubled with the cost of the phone call on top!

I'm sure you know more about this process than me but these are stories I have from close friends.

yep but gone of the days of moaning of the crazy phone fees or not getting through for a ticket

its mental that only a few years ago you had to send your ticket to them in post to get the loyalty for previous games, and going round the ground looking for stubs

Got the whole day for the cup final set aside now. Apparently the build up starts at 8am on ESPN

FFS, i've been invited to a wedding on the 5th, wife's niece - Gutted.

The do takes place from 7pm, what's worse is it's in Manchester

I'll have to watch the game at the in-laws place in Old Trafford, already told Mrs Imy we'll get to the venue after the game finishes. We better win, the place will be full of Utd fans

To be fair she does appreciate how important the game is, If i pushed (and was a total *******) I could probably refuse to go.

But alas she's the best thing that's happened to me (7 year wedding anniversary coming up in 3 days), so will take the hit
