Why let that get in the way of the ayre witchhunt. It's brilliantly funny watching people get upset over the bloke just because he was deemed instrumental in rafa getting the old heave Ho. Most of us have no idea what he does or whether he does it well. It used to great worrying about the players and the manager. now we have opinions on the pr guy, the commercial director, the chairman, the ditectors, the kit man etc etc

Liverpool’s search for a replacement for Dalglish is continuing, with Roberto Martínez, the Wigan manager, having been sounded out informally. FSG is also hopeful that Brendan Rodgers will change his mind and agree to discussions, even though the Swansea City manager turned down an approach from the club last week.

maybe he didn't want to spend all his money on it? especially when he wasn't going to be around to reap the rewards?

At the time, the estimated cost of the ParryBowl was £80mil, hardly a case of "spending all his money on it" if he was a billionaire. There would be other ways to finance to project too, like pay half and get loans for the other half, or loan the money to the Club on very favourable terms etc, etc. We started hawking a minority share of the Club around the world in order to generate funds for ground because Moores didn't have the financial clout to do it on his own.

This whole management search is a smokescreen in my opinion

I believe that FSG know full well who they want as manager and have already lined up the replacement prior to binning Kenny.

Werner has stated it wouldnt have mattered whether Kenny won the FA Cup or not so the decision had been made even back then.

This whole charade of searching for a replacement is just that ( thats why so many candidates are not interested in interviews)

Its another smokescreen just like the ongoing studies to decide the best stadium options.

FSG are in my opinion poor owners

No decision on a stadium
Sacking KK after 1 full season ( Fergie didnt win anything for over 3 years bought loads of poor players and utd were generally rubbish in that time)
Got the club for a song and have not invested all that much in the squad if you take the funds recouped in earnings and transfers.


If we end up with a AVB or a Marteniz instead of A Rafa or Hiddenk then Im starting my own boycot of merchandise .

Maybe AVB or marteniz would be a great if so i will hold my hand up but then maybe Downing will win the player of the year next season
