So difficult to predict this game, probably one of the hardest. On paper and form Zenit should lose but will probably score at least once. Then again, we might score 3 goals or no goals at all. Just no way of calling it, its making me even more nervous than usual.
    One tit for another.

Assaidi or Sterling would make more sense than Allen.

But okay, looks strongish, just besides Suarez lacks goals.
The times they are a changin'.

i would rather keep it tight for the 1st hour to be honest and bring on Assaidi and Sterling when we go for broke..... keep em fresh for the business end of the game.....

they score and we are focked.....its the clean sheet that will fock us up!!!

On a side note, i have backed the following - Over 2.5 & Over 11 corners..... 5/2......he who dares, wins!!!

Need a big performance from the fans tonight, been a bit flat lately.

Well theey were still advertising tickets free this week, indicating that there isn't that much interest which I think will be reflected in the atmosphere.

It will probably be better that recent league matches but that's only if we get off to a decent start and the players give the fans something to cheer about.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

No chance, theres been loads of interest, got a CL feel to it. This will be a great atmosphere, though them scoring early would kill all that.

I think it was just tickets Zenit sent back

I hope youse are right, but I still think it will be predictably flat.

I think it will be rowdy for the first ten minutes, but if we fail to score it will tail off.

I hope we don't feel our way in and grow into the game, but rather go at it from the off.

Does anyone anticipate booing at half time ala Arsenal if things aren't going well?

                        No. Just silence.

Silence at half time wouldn't make much of a change, it's mostly silent the rest of the 90 minutes.

If the rumoured team is correct i struggle to see where the goals will come from and with our defensive record/defensive mistakes i can see us conceding also.

I'm far from positive we will go through
                            We come not to play.

removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
