Should I be keeping my bedroom door locked from now on? Or just completely bolt my front door?
Rome wasn't built in a day, but it wasn't built by the apprentice either.

Would that interfere with the WIFI signal?

Depends how close you are to my gaff. I've already had the Poles downstairs trying to hack it.

But we haven't got nearer to where we want to be, if anything we're further away. The squad we've got are far too inexperienced to be able to physically compete for at least a year or so.

                This is great.
                .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

                      What is progress for FSG?

For me progress is about points and a more solid base to stand on. Everything get a little bit better.

I believe that more points and money is what FSG call progress. I doubt that they care about the way we play.
The playing styles of the managers FSG were linked with (as well as the one they appointed) would suggest otherwise.

Not long after they took over, Tom Werner spoke about how they want to win by playing attractive, attacking football.

A win at Reading will see us match last season's points tally, with a further 15 points still to play for.

                        we're really not.

The side under Kenny was going backwards, the form in the second half of the season was utterly dreadful on the other hand our second half of the season so far has been pretty strong and whilst far from perfect is starting to recruit the right type of players and tying down those we want to keep.

The squad will evolve in the Summer with new faces and more dead wood being shipped out which is what we need to see.

You've just said why you get ridiculed. It's not going to happen overnight but were progressing, there's no denying it - unless you're comparing us to our standing 6 years ago rather than last season?

As long as the roots are not severed, all is well. And all will be well in the garden.

I dunno, I just think people are being far too fair given where we are in the season, and still acting as if he's only been in the job two weeks.
