Something Rodgers must sort out. It happen in every game so it can't be down to the players. In this case it is down to the tactics and system IMO.

We had the same problem the whole of last season.

Skrtel was blamed for a lot of our problems at set pieces but it didn't improve after Carra replaced him.

Stoke should have scored two goals from set pieces yesterday.

This is Stoke, that's their game, they have playes like Shawcross, Huth, Crouch, Jones, Walters etc. who are incredibly big and-or string units. Let's see over the next games, but I agree we sometimes look vulnerable against the bigger players.

We were still playing well, creating good chances, Sturridge isn't even match fit yet, he has played two preseason games I think and we still have Suarez and maybe another big signing in reserve. I was sceptical about Rodgers but he is doing a great job so far.

We can all be pleased IMO, there was alot of pressure on the team as well, so a clean sheet and three points was excellent.

Not even veiled in some instances, don't understand it at all.

                      .
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

May the Lord bless this post.

The performance was brilliant, hopefully we will start being more clinical infront of goal.

Jordan Henderson was very unlucky twice, hopefully he will have a good season and score a few goals. He should get to keep his spot for the moment, give him a run of games and I think he will impress and chip in with goals

                              Spot on.

Spend the whole game Being easy on the eye and creating and missing chances. Only to be vulnerable to drawing or losing a game in the blink of an eye from one set piece.

Hopefully we improve in this area quickly, we need to.

Stand by my only negative from yesterday, FFS this is a post match discussion and if there was a negative for me it was our achilles heel (defending from set pieces).

Does not constitute an attack on the team really. I think I need to grow some thicker skin to survive on here this season or jack it all in.
