Southampton have been losing to all and sundry. They may treat our game as their cup final or, going by form, just not bother turning up again. They seem to be in 'season-ended' mode and I hope they don't snap out of it next weekend.

gerrard is going to so pumped knowing there is even a slim chance of us winning the prem. all his years and no cigar.
you can imagine him telling the other lads these chances dont come around too often, make the most of it, etc.

If we beat both Chelsea and City then one loss still gives us an incredible 86pts which (whisper it) just might win us the league!

it's so nerve wracking - i just hope we keep fighting and keep picking up points. it's horrible the crowd are sooooo nervy, and it clearly transmits to the players...well the back four/five

we're in a horrible position where - we could win the league, but we could still blow up and finish 6th - and it feels like it's been like this every game for about 3 months

whats annoying is - i reckon we are just as likely to beat city/chelsea/united/spurs - which you would think would mean we'd win the leage - but we could win those games, and prob lose to Southampton/norwich/palace and cardiff

Although on the plus side of that, All those teams above will also slip up to crap teams to , If we beat the big teams which we are more than capable of, We will win the league

Do you peak at it as it updates or wait until you've completed it all?

The last time I did it I didn't check it until I'd finished and the sense of tension when I looked at the final league table was incredible. We secured 4th by a single point!

I bet at 3-3 yesterday they we all excited. They're so arrogant I bet they haven't given up on catching us yet . Yet every time they have a decent result they make no ground up on us at all. It must be so humiliating for them
