City are in the driving seat now, well and truly. imo.

City would be fools to think they've already won it. You have to earn the points in this league. As the poster points out, we are still on top of the league. I think we all agree it's City's to lose now, but they can't just expect to pick up easy points.

I think the key in all these games in the run in is getting the early goal. Really settles a teams nerves who have a lot on the line.

Maybe we should have counter attacked their style, out bluffed them if you like and played it out differently.

Maybe we should have sat back, Mourinho wouldn't have expected that. let's see what they will do.

Agreed, but don't think we have too much of a plan b in that sense this year. Inviting them onto our defence at the moment doesn't seem to be the way to go. Maybe when it settles a bit next year.

At the end of the day football is meant to be entertaining and seeing your team do nothing but park the bus and scab results is something the lower teams do not a team that is supposedly one of the best around.

It just seems a bit harsh, we cant carry on winning every game forever! We've smashed Arsenal, Everton and Spurs at home, beat Utd and City too, I'd say our big game tactics have been alright to be fair. It didnt happen for us today but I dont think it was tactical errors.

If we had sat back and waited, the game would have been a bore draw. They were hoping for a set piece or mistake.
