I'm not sure you can call it the youth cup now as you can have 3 players well over the age of 23. Well, lots more people are living with their parents as property wealth destroys society but they are generally expected to contribute. When I left home there wasn't really a thought that I'd find it difficult to find somewhere affordable to live or be able to get a job even if it was bit of a crappy one. Zero hours contracts didn't really exist and there were still some unions out there.
