Or give it to TAA as he will only have to drop a 6!

And does it depend on the number 5 shirt being vacant first?

Nice interview from Dejan. Finishing with this.

I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me in bad moments, on the worst days, and in the best moments. You saw me crying, you saw me smiling but you know I left everything on the pitch. Also around the pitch I tried to be the best member of the club to show that I really care for the people, for the Liverpool supporters. I hope you are happy with that. Like I said, I will always be a Red – you have a new supporter now from Croatia. Thank you again and see you soon.

    Uncanny

Ki-Jana Hoever, the young Liverpool defender, is in hospital after falling off a cliff in Dorset.

The 18 year old Dutchman was walking with family and friends above Hive Beach, near Burton Bradstock, when he lost his footing and fell 30 feet.

He is recovering in hospital and his injuries are not serious.

One other factor is we're losing some experience in the squad with Lallana and Lovren already gone. I think if the Thiago link is true it's probably partly to address that.

For that reason perhaps we'd still look at an experienced 4th choice CB to help add to that?
Hoever or Phillips are the only real candidates surely? I imagine that Phillips will be sold, and Hoever would have at least been on the bench and given a few minutes if we were planning to promote him to 4th choice. So I imagine we will be looking to sign someone.

He cost £20m - was on around £100k p/w on average for the past 6 years so £30m in salary. We sell him for £10m
