Yep, rather Fab in midfield and with Henderson having a knock doesn't help. Milner has been rotten in the last two

Maybe Gini at CB ? Has done it before...

It feels like the squad is down to the bones.

        Presumably
Alisson, TAA, VVD, Fabinho, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Shaqiri, Mane, Firmino, Salah
The bench isn't looking promising though...
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

ahh he can just **** off now, Kloop did not look happy with him when he came off, almost as if they knew he had something and he said he was ok to play, the kid looked great when he came on as did Fab

On the plus side, we have a winnable run of games coming up. Maybe we should revert to our "we'll outscore you" mentality until we get defenders back!

Yes the fixture list looks great and let's not forget Joe and Joel are very close to coming back. I think Fab would not look out of place next to Virg. I think we will be fine. We have been a little unlucky last couple of games with shots waver thin from going in. But ultimately I don't care what anyone says I wanted to go out, considering our squad situation at present and Lovern pulling up shows you how hard it can be to fight on multiple fronts. We have 5 games from now and the Champions Lg return with Leicester at home being probally our toughest match. City have 8 games, including back to back games against Chelsea and Arsenal, Wolves and 3 cup ties, As long as we can take advantage of this new situation we find ourselves in, it could work out really for the best. I'd be amazed considering the age of Citys squad if they can come through that in one peice or without dropping points

The worry is BHA have hit a bit of form recently & Hughton seems to have released the constraints of his teams going forward; really worried about Saturday TBH. Three on the spin & all the negative pressure will be on the team

Outside chance of Gomez or Matip being back which might be handy. As Virgil might be out for it.

We had to make a few changes already, it was clear. Virg cannot play; he is at home and hopefully it is nothing, but he has played all the games so far, so we had to try to find a solution for that – and we found it, hopefully, with Fabinho

One of the wins was against Everton tho so don’t count.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

...does that also coincide with each time he says something stupid in the press as well?

Gomez, Lovren and Matip. Now beyond doubt as proven crocks. We need a proven non-crock CB to strike a partnership with VvD whether we buy in January or summer. What is Tarkowski or McGuire's injury record like?
                            One tit for another.

Takowski doesnt get any significant injuries but he is only 6ft 1" and a manc. And he has a fat head.

Maguire only had a knee injury this year. He is 6ft 4" but would cost plenty. Might also have a fat head?
