If we don't bring in a new left back next year who can pass with both feet , tackle and head the ball I will scream and stamp my feet until I am blue in the face.

Please sell him back to Spain for whatever we can get and make this a priority position along with a Keeper.

I thought he was ok in the first half, and his run certainly helped with Sturridge's goal, but the second half was abysmal. He just doesn't have the head for it, like the left back version of Shelvey. We brought in a shocking number of mentally fragile players under Rodgers, when the only defender in your entire squad with any sense of leadership and brains is Kolo there's a big problem. Moreno is the biggest issue because he simply can't defend, but the maturity issues in the team spread far further than him alone.

I just hope no European football doesn't affect our ability to get a decent LB. The irony there would be so frustrating.

Absolutely no chance whatsoever. He has advertised his ****ness on a big stage with that display. Most spanish teams will have youth players who defend better than him. Even in our squad - Clyne, Flanagan, and Gomez are better left backs than him.

If he leaves us this summer, it will be on loan.
