I think it's a lack of defensive organization, whether we have the ball or not, in that situation (with play so close to our goal) IMO whoever is in charge of our back four needs to make sure someone has an eye on Walcott, be that Moreno or one of the CBs he shouldn't be allowed so much space in an area such as that.

Agree - also I think that Henderson is not a natural, nor experienced defensive midfielder, and that plays a part. One of Lovren, Klavan and Henderson need to be thinking about the bigger picture (especially given that Moreno is going to be pushing forward).

I don't see what Moreno adds to the team-he's poor going forward, doesn't help with taking of set pieces, his crossing is non existent and then defensively he leaves a lot to be desired.

Moreno and Milner. Teams are just going to bombard that area of the pitch. I think it's just a case of there not being a suitable left back available, because of quality or price. The moment that changes, I think we'll go and buy one.

Klopp spent months bigging Mignolet up, and giving him a 5 year contract, and the first summer window he gets, he brings in a goalkeeper. We haven't spent all summer flirting with Jonas, and bidding for Chilwell, only to be told that we're not looking for a left back.

I expect my hopes to be dashed anyhow.

Just cannot understand how Klopp has so much faith in this garbage full back, he is an absolute disaster of a player and we pay for it almost every time he plays. Getting a stron LB in should have been priority and could be the difference in us winning something this season....just like last.

Regardless of the below article I'm with Phoenix on this, we publicly chase Ben Chilwell all summer, I still expect us to sign a LB. I think Gomez will have to build up game fitness ala Ings so we mightn't see him for a while.

How old is Alberto? He can come very good I think, but it's just so costly to develop him. He has a good engine, decent technique and pass but he's just so rash.
