I think so too, Lovren might even as well who knows. It's difficult to say how players respond to new emphasis. I'm more worried about how he'll fit Coutinho and Firmino into the team and two strikers. Can see Origi, Ings and Sturridge being good in his system but Benteke will be more difficult.

I'm not sure that Lovren has it in him but damn I hope he does. We spent a truck load on him & have no chance of getting half of it back right now.

i dont think so. Lallana is a perfect brendan rodgers player who slows the game down, doesnt lose the ball but doesnt do anything with it either. we have 2 players who are both miles better than him who already play in between the lines - coutinho and firmino, and he doesnt have the pace to play as the third of that trio out wide.

That's assuming we only play to klopp's plan A. We need a plan B for teams that stack the defence & that's where I see Lallana playing a role. He has good feet & scores a few from 18-20 odd yards. He'll be useful to have around. I agree about Lucas though.

Agreed. Poch loves teams to press and Lallana used to run himself into the ground every game. Whilst our defenders have suffered due to no protection, maybe under a half decent system they will look better, just like Dejan did at Southampton.

Players that have been ****e under Rodgers may well remain so. But I'm open to being surprised as all have shown that they have the ability.

Just because a player is slow doesn't mean Klopp will rule them out of his plans.
Kehl, Sahin and Bender played loads under him.

However I definitely think Lucas won't be around much longer.
