Milner is a good squad player to be fair. Ox has only been here five minutes but the rest of get rid of.

Henderson - Unfortunately yes, we need more dynamism and leadership in midfield
Lovren - Squad player
Mignolet - I don't think he's ****e but he's not good enough either
Moreno - Fast and can actually defend, definitely shouldn't sell
Klavan - Getting on a bit and not what we need really
Milner - Much better as a left back, keep for experience too
Oxlade - Only just got here and I thought he played well and didn't go wandering

Yeah he’s been exactly what you want from a back up CB this season. He’s getting on a bit but certainly wouldn’t be looking to get rid yet.

Not for me. He's not good enough at anything to warrant keeping. If he wasn't playing for us, nobody would want us to buy him.

None of the ones involved in the match day squad are bad players all would be very capable squad players. The issues come from them playing regularly. Mignolet would be a great option as a backup keeper, Lovren a fine 3rd or 4th choice CB. Henderson would be a good option from the bench. I would only consider selling them if they aren't representing value for money (wages or the transfer fee we'd receive represents better value than we'do get from them as a player) or if they are not going to be happy with their new roles when we have replacements.

In reality I doubt Mignolet would be happy as sub. Would the likes of Lovren or Henderson I guess the situation is different for outfield players and it depends on their mentality and desire to play. None of them are likely to go to bigger clubs would they prefer to be a sub at LFC or a starter at somewhere like West Ham or Southampton?

some players are a level of beige that can have a negative effect on the squad.
maybe they train well and get on with the group but it needs to be more than just mates having a jolly.
other players need to look around at their team mates and feel inspired and motivated. If they feel the buzz of lining up along side positive personalities knowing there are no weak links and these lads will stand together when its getting messy then the general level shiuld improve.

Move out the beige and replace with leaders. Dont contaminate the squad with their sub par level of meh.

For the first time in a while I don't think that our squad has players that so so bad that they shouldn't be allowed to play for us again.

I don't see futures at the club for
Bogdan, Markovic, Sturridge. Mignolet only has a future if he is happy to be a backup.

Everyone else is capable of doing a job. The are players that I wouldn't want to rely on for a long run of fixtures such as Moreno, Klavan, Ings, Origi but they are all capable of doing a job and I wouldn't move them on because they would just need replacing and divert money from more important areas.
