I wouldn't write off any of our players. They've all proved themselves to be a good player at their previous clubs so it depends how they suit the system implemented. Quite often a new manager changes the order of things.

I think there are very few players who I'd consider as safe. Clyne, Sakho, Moreno are the only ones in for sure. I'd add Coutinho to that list purely because he's incredible and you would have to find a place. The rest, I'm not so sure.

I'll take Henderson for an example. Incredible athlete and I love him to bits. But does he have the brain to be a midfield controller in a 4231? Or if not that, is he a destroyer? If you're not playing him there, is he good enough to play in that attacking 3 behind the striker? He can run so on the face of it he sounds a perfect fit, but there's more to Klopps system than that.

Then there's Sturridge. Our best striker but does Klopp see him as strong enough to play as a lone striker? Maybe he'd prefer Benteke? Could he play Strurridge out wide in a Marco Reus role? Would he be willing to work like Reus did?
    Forwards.......

It would need a miracle for him to play for Klopp. He's definitely never setting foot on that Anfield pitch again.

I don't think it'd be as simple as Klopp playing a 4-2-3-1 straight away. With little time to work on shape, he may well stick with 3-5-2 or attempt a 4-4-2, with more focus on use of space around the pitch.

I'd say it'll be a clean slate for the entire squad, you never know who will react well to a new manager and new ideas.

I wouldn't be surprised at this in the beginning, he's got to implement his methods on the training ground. I wouldn't write too many players off either, Enrique he won't even realise is a player to be honest.

He has previously played the diamond and a 4312, he went with a 3 at the back once in all his time at Dortmund, can't see that happening. Long term I think he's about that 4231, depends on how he can fit Sturridge in I think.

With all due respect. I dont think it matters what you think. His Kloppness will do what he wants, when he wants

He may do things slowly, or just decide to come in and say, 'right, we're going to do things like this, and play this system. We're going to keep doing it until we get it right'.

I'm just thinking about the immediate games, because he won't have everyone available until a few days before the Spurs game.

One positive of getting Klopp in now is that he has time till Jan to more fully assess the squad. First order of business is to sort out the defense and instill some steel in it.

Yes but sure he has been watching a few doovde's of some of our games.
While it is a clean slate I am sure he will be thinking wtf about a few of our players already.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
