Next Up: Highway to Hull (Away) Tue 28th 7:45pm

Well I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait for this one

It would be a decent time to get a win, but with Hull scrapping for survival it will most likely be a war of attrition. A battle it's time for the boys to fight a bit... These are Stevies last few games for us ever FFS

The one that npbody really gives a **** about...

I would like to see brendan use the last few games to assess players for next season in their proper positions....that means that gerrard on the bench as he wont be here for next season.

          I would like to see;

          -------------------------------mignolet--------------------------------

          manquillo-----------skrtel----------lovren---------moreno
          ------------------------------------emre can--------------------------

          ----------------henderson----------------------coutinho--------

          Markovic-----------------------------------------------------Ibe-----
          ----------------------------------------sterling--------------------------

He can assess if manquillo can play for lfc (answer probably no)

He could assess if emre can can be the the main defensive midfielder at the club sitting in front of the 2 centre backs (answer.....maybe 50/50??)

Can Lovren settle down and be a player for us....so that we have sakho skrtel and lovren competing for 2 places....with maybe wisdom as a back up??? (Answer 50/50)

Can markovic cut it??? Give him 5 games to see if h3 can get some form.

I doubt brendan will do that but this is what he should do.

I'm ambivalent about the rest of the season. I wish Rodgers could show us how it might be next season but just maybe, he already knows and doesn't want to let other teams know yet?

Will be weird to see an away end of ours half empty but well in to SOS and everyone involved for making it happen. It's about ****ing time.

Unless united lose to everton tomorrow, I'd like to see Brendan use the rest of the games to properly assess the young players at the club....to see if they have a future at lfc.

I'd like to see us play a flat back 4 with manquillo and Moreno as full backs - see if manquillo can still be here next season and see if Moreno even has an ounce of defensive capability in a flat back 4. See if Lovren can show that he could be a squad player in a team that doesn't have champions league football and see if he and skrtel can form some sort of communicative partnership.....

Play Emre Can in front of the back 4. Because we all think that is the plan for him but nobody has seen it happen. Everyone seems to think that there is a player in there but let's see him in her preferred position for a run of league games and see what he is made of.

Let's see markovic played on the right of a front 3 and even if he is ****e, keep playing him because he needs game time to try to get up to speed with English football - and let's see if we can save some money in the transfer market (and put it towards another top player in a different position)

I'd play Coutinho next to Henderson with can behind the two of them. Coutinho played that deep last season and was brilliant. Can he play there on a consistent basis??? Because if we sign a striker like Brendan says, then we will probably need to drop him deeper anyway.

Play Ibe in the same position each week - maybe left wing??? Let him find some form....

In reality, there is no point in starting Gerrard or glen Johnson or Toure if they are all leaving in the summer. Even when we are making subs, then what is the point - it is probably more beneficial in the long term to give Harry Wilson or Canes or whoever some game time....

I like the idea of yesil up front, why not.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

Definitely. I don't think we can drop out of the top 7 so yeah let's blood some youth and go again next season.

I agree to the idea of given the younger and less experienced players chances but I think they would benefit from playing with the best players we have. I think playing with Gerrard in particular would be good for the more attacking players.

                            I'm going to this.

Home end, free tickets, so no boycotting for me.

Wanna talk about the problems abouts the Allams charging too much for the tickets, they've just pulled out of North Ferriby which is causing them to take voluntary relegation! Bad news for them
The times they are a changin'.
