      Apologies in advance

To the tune "Hearts of Glass" by Blondie

Klopp came in and it was a gas
Soon found out, teams made of glass
Klopp and top four, were a sign
Now healthy lads, we cannot find

Once we had strikers that were divine
Soon found out, they’re on borrowed time
They seemed like the real thing when they signed
      Now physios working, overtime

It was Coutinho first, and Ingsy last
Premier league, could have been a blast
Klopp was going to make the boys run
Should have brought in, a good surgeon.

Absolutely gutted for the lad. We hardly ever seem to sign someone who hits the ground running and seems to know exactly what wearing the shirt should be about, this time we do and bang, out for the season. This was going to be such an important year for his continued development too, but I guess if anyone has the attitude to come back from this sort of injury as strong as before it seems like Ings could.

Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
        Mine angry and defrauded young?

This really does suck. Wretched luck again. 2 knees in a week.

I can imagine the pain he's going through at being told this, devastated for him.

Klopp on LFC vs MUFC (March 9th 2016) - "This is why I love football. This is why we watched it when we were young. I can still not have enough of it."

FFS Just seen the news, gutted!
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

I think we should be ok with sturridge, Benteke and origi.

If you increased the flexibility of your ACL you'd destroy the cartilidge in your knee. Only way to decrease your chance of ACL rupture is to strengthen muscles around d the knee, which I'm pretty sure most professional footballers would spend a lot of time doing.

                          such a shame for danny.

this injury seems to be so much more common in the modern game.
there has been much speculation about the modern footy boots being a possible issue...

is it the fault of boots that dig in and dont allow any sideways movement like old style studs?

modern boots are also very lightweight with little support to the sole of the foot, more metatarsal injuries?
removing all the weak links makes us stronger

too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I genuinely think ACL injuries are luck of the draw

They frequently seem to have happened after the most innocuous of incidents

Very rarely are they caused by reckless tackles etc..
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."
