Take parts of it in isolation if you like. Yes, I expected to see a bigger improvement by now under Klopp, in part due to a honeymoon period, but mostly due to his energy, passion and reknowned pressing game.

By now, I expected to see a consistency in our play, but I'm yet to see it, we're just as inconsistent as always.

However, I do expect Klopp to bring us more success in the coming seasons, whats so hard to accept from that?

I haven't taken any part in isolation. It was a response to pretty much your entire post other than one line about how you expect him to bring some success.

To expect any sort of consistency from a manager taking charge three months in to an existing season is expecting too much too soon.

I think Clyne is a decent defender, doesn't offer enough overall though (he was poor midweek and his lack of courage to play Milner in today was very frustrating).

I think he's as good as almost anyone in this league, in terms of overall ability. He is a tad lacking offensively, but its rare for a fullback to be both. Would certainly be one of the last players I'd look to replace

Ibe does have time yes, but right now he is one of our few options when we need better.

Mig needs replacing urgently, kolo hasn't long left either. Moreno is a squad player. So Clyne and sakho are starters going forward.

In mf only lucas and Henderson (for his athleticism, leaving his shooting if today aside) look like having a future. Milner is wholehearted but one-paced and geriatric, Can has potential but wouldn't make the starting 11 at any other club looking to seriously challenge.

Lallana should not even be a squad player and should be sold as he's had ample opportunity and offers zero. So even with a conservative assessment, we need 6 new first teamers if we're going to do it properly. I think klopp can sort it, just give him money and try signing 2 in January.

Mig has got to go ... I simple do not like him as our Goal Keeper anymore .. the lad is ****ing tiny in between the sticks .. he has zero presence and he just sends nervousness out to back four ... we must be the worse ****ing team in the Lg for conceding and not scoring from corners ...

Yeah this window is us summed up really, a glaring, desperate issue upfront. So we sign a centre back who'll be 5th or 6th choice when everyone is fit in a few weeks and a kid who wont play for us till August. Hopefully Jurgie bear has something up his sleeve, with someone who can play in Europe aswell as our league season ended today.

If we hadn't have suffered so many injuries I think we would have seen huge improvement. Maybe not results wise but definitely in terms of playing style, intent and shape. Kloppo has clearly shown with the away performances at Chelsea, city and Southampton what he is all about.

Injuries are a key part of why we can't we produce those results week in week out.

It has to be number one, We tried it in the summer and royally ****ed it up but I've been saying it since Suarez left, scoring loads of goals will hide all your other deficiencies in this league, look at Leicester! Get them doing that and then fix all the other areas as you go. Strikers first, Goalkeeper next, everything else when you can.
