You don't become champions by going into seasons with first choice players you are counting on having improved having been too poor to play for long periods. At least not when there is **** all competition or quality alternative to them. You have to play the percentages to some extent, and this is not a risk we should be embracing.

Fair play to Karius hes improved dramatically the last few games, whether hes good enough to be our No.1 going forward I am not sure but hes doing a decent job at the moment
