Tbh I hope everyone posting that sort of stuff gets a visit from the bizzies and a ban from Anfield tbh. Vile behaviour.

Edit: Ah wait thought you meant actual death threats. Still, well out of order.

Aye, but you ignored this bit:

        Really vile stuff.

I get being pissed at him, and blaming him for his mistakes. I am in that particular boat myself, but the lack of class being shown by some on twitter towards him is just wrong.

To echo what RP said, I hope a few of those keyboard warriors get visited by their local police.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

Some of those sent to him on twitter as well.

That's shocking. They are no fans.

True. I'm posting on est too. I wasn't being literal when I said that, but you know that. I thought you'd stand by the sentiment.

As a fan you blame someone but he's a human being and had a bad day. Who hasn't had one of them.

His mistake for two goals no doubt about it and the poor lad is hurting bad for it, he knows he's let himself the team and fans down but in the end we only scored one.

Did anyone seriously think we could win this game with just one goal before kick off?

He didn't pull or achieve anything. He didn't mean either mistake. There's no such thing as free will

I think you might be being a little precious about it. There can't be a more appropriate time to discuss two massive goalkeeping errors that turned a champion's league final than after that final. Avoiding doing so on a remote part of the Liverpool corner of the internet to protect the feelings or out of human solidarity doesn't really make rational sense to me. Very few Liverpool fans are aware of this place, I think we can talk about this without a real world impact on the guy.

No one has even said anything that bad on here.

Sounds like he will be avoiding the internet and particularly social media for a while anyway.

If anything the Karius mistakes have made the loss feel bareable.

No team will ever win a game when they lose goals like that, particularly on that stage. It has almost voided the game for me.

What must Real be saying about it, we literally handed them the title?

Worst keeping display I’ve witnessed since the days of big Rab Douglas pulling on the gloves for Scotland.

Listen there are Sunday league keepers who don’t make those mistakes

well, we all knew he had a clanger or two in him. Not his fault that he was picked to play today.

The management took a risk in not buying a top quality keeper last summer and this January. They have gotten a lot right. This one they got it wrong. Can't blame them also. There are only so many decisions you can get right if you are operating with constraints.

Ideally, I would want Mignolet, Karius, and Moreno out of the club. I don't even want them as the second choice.

I am a bit worried at Moreno being offered a new contract. He is the second choice but the problem is that at some point he will play. And if the game is any importance, then guaranteed he will make a mistake which completely saps the confidence out of our team and fans. Same with Mignolet and Karius. I would rather play an 18 year old from the youth team at left back than Moreno.

The Bale goal has taken some of the spotlight off Karius' clangers thankfully.

I hope we sell him (or give him away) and start again with two good keepers (one of them being Allison!).
