There is no way a savvy manager can say anything else. The key comment is that Klopp doesnt like that the mistakes are happening. There is only one thing he can realistically do about that if he wants a successfull season.

Twitter is like tapping into the inner monologue and thoughts of the entire planet. Its exhausting. It proves with some exceptions that people are as idiotic as I'd always suspected.

Brighton play in their own half a lot so he has a lot of protection.
Although the same concern would go for Alisson, who doesn't face many shots either. Both have very low errors but both would have to adapt to being far busier at LFC, which of course leads to bigger scope for mistakes.

Many years ago I took my lads to a pre-season in Koln. Big daft Joe brought out the keepers for a warm up before the match with a bag of balls.

Dudek went between the sticks and we all watched Big Joe welly the first 3 balls into the terraces behind the goal. Dudek never moved.

Big Joe walked off the pitch and Kirkland took over his duties.

For my money, Karius has to come out of the firing line for a while at least whilst the club determine if his Liverpool career is salvageable - playing him will just damage him further. Ming isn't up to the job, so as things stand Ward should be starting the season as Number one, if we fail to sign anyone.

We have to go into the market for a keeper, even if it's only a stop gap for a couple of seasons.
