In some ways the drop off this season might help us in the future as it highlighted pretty brutally the paper thin squad we have at the moment and I can't believe Klopp will allow us to go into next season with that as a potential problem again.
3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Based off this I'd say we need 74 points to be pretty sure of top 4. That's 8 more points from the last 5 games.
There's a big gap in odds between 74 points and 73. So we need to win at least two (Middlesboro and Watford look the easiest) and draw at least 2 (West Ham and t'other game). Which means a loss against Palace is not a disaster. However, win or draw against Palace and we should be looking to push hard for 3rd from thereon in.One tit for another.

Out of interest where is this from and how is it calculated?Originally posted by Pablo View PostLiverpool's chances of a top four finish depending on results:

I am somewhat confused as to how we have a better chance of getting into the CL with 73 points if we win 1 and draw 4, than if we win 2, draw 1 and lose 2 and finish on the same points total
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
