Mourinho having broken the world record and brought in Zlatan and two other signings above £35m and can't finish in the top four. Guardiola limping over the line too and looking decidedly average despite having such an array of forward talent. Then on the flipside, a relative novice with no experience of the English game comes in, figures it out and walks the league.
