    Uhm not sure the whole Saudi cash train is still a thing, and even less so given the current climate. This a much better outcome for all involved as the second most likely scenario was him seeing out his contract.

    I’m not sure that anywhere in the region is currently screaming “I’d love to uproot my family and move here.” Especially to a highly successful and wealthy player who has nothing else to prove.

    Great to get him off the wage bill as hes just like a surplus drunken passenger.
