                  Maybe it can be scaled in terms of the intrusive nature awkwardness of the woodland creature?

                                Dunno. Not sure any of it works now. The gerbil/hamster/rabbit community continue their general vein of uselessness.

                                Maybe we could replant the internet with an update of the original story where the protagonists are called Harv and Dan and Darwin is the gerbil ?
