Yeah just checked the table. Cape Verde beat Ghana in the last game and Ghana are beating Egypt. Fingers crossed M Kudus gets another goal and kills this game off.

Egypt then have to beat Cape Verde realistically, which hopefully they won't.

I'm not being disrespectful to the Afcon. I always pray countries that have our best players always lose. Even England in the world cup or key qualifiers. Nothing matters over LFC.

Just having a peep at his injury history and looks like if it is a hamstring injury that it may be the first one of his career.

His injury record is nuts in terms of how few games he has missed throughout his entire career.


Hope it is something really minor.


Also wonder if we think it might be something that keeps him out for a sustained period of time would that force a move to bring in some more cover.
