Better than a kick in the head - I hope TAA can see that we're on the right trajectory and he's not being exposed as much.

Or maybe he'd prefer to be assist king again, or in midfield. I can't see him being either of those things in Madrid.

Yep if any one of the 3 leaves it’s most likely the local lad at this stage you’d think. Heres hoping we keep all 3 & if Trent wants to go in a year or so for sunnier climes so be it but at least we’ll get some dosh for him.

Not sure what to make of that. I was hoping that the first news we hear from the club was that all 3 have signed, but looks like this will be drawn out a bit further.

My point was more that in the past, particularly with transfers, when everyone was losing their **** over 'missed transfers', the club were in full control and usually announced a left field signing that nobody seen coming and there were no media leaks.

So regardless of who 'sources' are, I was hoping real progress was happening behind the scenes and the next big announcement would be that contracts are signed, not more cat and mouse ****.
