I think that this is the type of game where we need to have a goalscorer come off the bench. When we are camped in the opposition penalty area and you just need someone that if the ball drops to them they stick it in the back of the net. We brought on Solanke but he isn't that player (maybe he will become that in time, but he isn't at the moment.

TAA and Lovren were at fault for the first goal, there was nothing really TAA could do with the second goal, aside from that there were a couple of naïve moments, and he didn't have a good game but I don't think that he was horrible.Originally posted by danperkins View Post
For me that was a typical Lovren performance, a couple of mistakes that cost a goal or goals, and some decent last ditch defending after getting himself in a hole, then a couple of stupid challenges that he has no reason to make.
