Whether the policy is good depends on how this season goes.

We’ve hardly put a foot wrong with comings and goings for at least 3 years now and I can’t see that changing with loaning Wilson out.

I guess it makes sense if we think that he has a future with us, the problem is how well does he have to do in a team like Bournemouth to be deemed a success in the PL and worth a chance with us next year? If he scores 15 goals in the league like he did at Derby last year then great but the reality is he will probably get something like 5-8 something which wouldn't really tell us anything, he'd still need time next year to develop into our side.

I was looking forward to him getting some game time with us this season & breaking into the team. But i guess he’s still in the prem with bournemouth and will probably get more game time than he would have here so kind of a win win for us especially if he helps take points off our rivals!

I think this is astute. If he has an even half decent season he will had £15-20m onto his value. If he has an outstanding season he might have a chance of the first team. This is a step up for him let’s see how he gets on.

Hopefully, he causes some damage to our rivals with his long range sniping

He's supposedly rated at about £20m now, even if he has a great season I don't see his value going much above £30m. If he has a great season he's still coming back here as a backup (an experience backup admittedly) but he's not going to be getting games ahead of Mane and Salah. I'd like to see him get a chance here but I am thinking it becomes less likely now.

I think he'll get double figures for them if he plays about 30 games. If he does he'll be about £30m even if Klopp doesn't fancy him.

He'll score, its his all-round game that has question marks, i guess.

It's more about the numbers we have available. We were bitten by a lack of defenders last season, just hope we don't get bitten again

Numbers isn't the issue. It's the quality. Klopp's already decided to go with Origi, Shaqiri and Brewster as our back-ups, and we have Elliott too.

I have no issues with Brewster being promoted. It's the quality of Origi and Shaqiri that make me a little nervous.

Jordon Ibe scored once for them last season. Wilson will better that by a distance. Just put him on free kicks.

That's just silly. He might start a league cup game but that's it.

Tomori, Mount and Wilson were excellent for Derby last season. All loanees from top clubs. It’s not too late for them to make it big either. Ask Andy Robbo.

Can't wait for him to score a few goals from 25 yards against our rivals!
