Liverpool vs Manchester City - CL Last 8 (1st Leg)
Worra load of bollocks. Chances are those causing **** had no tickets, shouldn't fault be with the police if fireworks were being let off in a UEFA controller area?
Would Liverpool FC had been charged if Liverpool fans attacked the bus in Manchester?
if flares are set off in the ground then its the clubs responsibility.
the club dont 'police' the streets, the roads were full of police vans, and the club pay for policing, so what dont the club just refer uefa to the merseyside police if they have issue with the behaviour on the streets.
removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.
Isn’t the final on the 26th May? Seems strange to deal with things 5 days after the competition has ended. Maybe UEFA just hoping all the fuss dies down.
Celtic have at least two of these disciplinary cases brought by UEFA each season. Last one was because a fan ran onto the pitch and attampted to attack an opposing player.
Not sure VAR could have been used, how far back can they go in terms of phases of play?
None of the offside situations were clear with the naked eye. Salah and Sane were both probably marginally off but both should probably have been waved to play on, if the official can't tell then the attacker should be given the benefit of the doubt. Anyhow, Virgil had theirs covered until he pulled up when it was flagged offside. They didn't have a goal disallowed, they kicked a dead ball into the net.

In these scenarios it goes as far back as City want until they get a better result.
