Klopp's PC in just over an hour. Gorra bad feeling about Mo's fitness but hopefully just pre match paranoia!

Given there is really not much difference between us (starting XI) and City you have to think if the roles were reversed, how confident would we be that we could beat them 4-0 if they were coming to Anfield and stop them from scoring?

      Not very.

They need 3-0 over 120 mins just to get to pens. 4-0 to win it. They are capable of scoring the goals, I just don't see them stopping us scoring.

We have to be strong favourites.

The more they get into the game the more open it gets, the more it suits us.

I think the key to this is calm heads, lose ours and it could go tits up.

The fact that we are nervous with a 3-0 lead is indicative of how strong City are and how full of goals they are. It's a cliche but we need to see this out in chucks - get through the first 10 mins, get through the first half hour etc etc/

The fact that both Can & Hendo are out really worries me - Gini as our DM on the ball can work with building up play. Having him stop Silva & KDB is a different matter....! I wonder if Jurgen will go with 3 at the back for this one?

          Karius
          VVD Lovren Klavan
          TAA Gini Milner Robbo
          Salah Firmino Mane

We 100% need to score and if we can get one early with an honest ref then we'll be ok.....

If there was one takeaway from last Wednesday, it's don't get too smart and change formations from a successful well drilled one to an unsuccessful, unpractised one.

Keep it simple and familiar so our players don't panic with something alien.

I disagree, I think being nervous with a 3-0 lead is indicative of what we stand to lose if we fail.

Getting to the semi finals is very prestigious, you're in the top 4 of Europe's elite, two matches from the final!

Plus we have no other silverware to play for, this is it!

“We will see in five hours until we train and we’ll know who is involved in that. I don’t know in the moment 100 per cent, but I am quite hopeful we will have a bigger squad than we had at Everton.”

He added: “The guys who were on the bench at Everton – Ox, Bobby and Trent from the first-team squad – for them, it was good not to play too long. They are fine, they were fine when I left Melwood yesterday.

“With Mo, Robbo and Alberto, we have to wait a little bit but of course [we have] big hope they will be back.

Of course we can be nervous it is as semi final. There is loads riding on this, plus the ignominy of ****ing up were we to do that.

But we are in a pretty decent position. We are in a great position. If we are smart we should get through. Getting to half time without conceding would be great.

                        3-0 at 90mins rather than 120?

3-0 at 90 mins only gets them Extra-time after 120 only gets them pens. They need 4-0 to progress.

I'm bricking it really, I find myself constantly thinking about the game, rather annoying really.

Some of what I am feeling is excitement though.

What an amazing position to be in, within touching distance of being able to advance of the semi-finals of the CL.

In my wildest dreams I didn't think we'd be going into this game 3-0 up.
