    -------------------

    This is it!

We've smashed City 3-0 in the first leg, just one away goal from us will see them needing to score 5!

There are questions over Salah's fitness, and Henderson and Can are out but we can through relatively unscathed against Everton so we can rest up and really go for it.

Karius is looking better every match too!

    -------------------

Liverpool's top scorers (all comps) -
    Mohamed Salah - 38
    Roberto Firmino - 23
    Sadio Mane - 16

Man City's top scorers (all comps) -
    Sergio Aguero - 30
    Raheem Sterling - 20
    Leroy Sane - 12
    Gabriel Jesus - 11
    David Silva - 9

Go with the mindset to win and we will do it; go to just sit back and invite them on....I fear it could be trouble ahead. Just want to smash these so bad

We just need to get on the front foot and score. If we score first the ground will empty out quicker than a Gym with Purple Aki in it

Hope Salah is fit for this. We need our front three to counter attack & it works so much better when all three play together.

Yeah seeing him back on the bench & then walking onto the pitch afterwards eased my concerns a bit.

We need to go there and play our usual game, creating chances and being positive which under Klopp I'm sure we will. I can see us scoring at least one and progressing no problem. Their confidence is pretty low now with some real gaping holes in defence no matter who plays. We have the players to exploit these better than anybody.

I think that there are a couple of key things that we need to do, firstly we need a fit Salah on the pitch to ensure that we carry that threat going forward, secondly we need to get off to a good start, if they get a early goal, it's likely to be a long backs to the wall game. That's likely anyway but the longer we can keep them from scoring the more frustrated they will become. If they get a goal and the confidence up really early on then I think that they are capable of getting 4 or 5 in 90 mins.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

the tie is far from over.. weird saying that being 3 nil up. Early goal from them would be a nightmare, whereas early goal from us could kill the tie. I think they will definitely score but can't see them keeping us out if the 3 boys are fit and firing. City have some serious defensive problems. I think it's going to be another cracking game but can't see them being anywhere near as poor as they were in the first leg. I think we might have some nail biting moments ahead of us.
