yeah I'm the sameOriginally posted by labourRed View PostThis is the same for me, and dubious refs can always **** up a European game. I'm still annoyed by that penalty and the fact we didn't even seem to have the energy to complain but it was such a **** decision.
almost to the ridiculous point of thinking we (well me) would be better off if we were 2-0 down
with it all to play for/hoping for a miracle

its how many pesetas we got for them on ebay EspañaOriginally posted by RedReet View PostWhat's the numbers beside Moreno and Skrtel mean? Did we just take them off and decide they weren't even worth replacing?removing all the weak links makes us stronger
too many gutless players, no beef or desire. pussies everywhere... sack them all.

I'm not joking, I was just on the phone to someone saying I think i'd prefer it if we drew/lost the first leg and it was still in the balance/all to play for
which is obviously nuts! i'm sure if that was the case i'd be 10 times worse
before the roma first leg, I was physically sick about 6pm - just started heaving and ended up being sick
this was before i'd even started drinking - and i'm already starting to feel wobbly as it is
I need to go the pub now and be around people

Yeah absolutely standard to be told not to drink at all when taking metro - some people do feel absolutely rank if they have even a small amount on it, as you suggest, but not everyone. Personally I feel grim if I have metro at all but that's another matterOriginally posted by Pablo View PostPick us out the Everton lineup then.
That all sounds a bit conspiracy theory. It's metronidazole I'm on. What about that? When I was prescribed it they did warn me to avoid alcohol at all costs. Apparently it makes you vomit like a mother****er.
In my experience doctors aren't perpetrating a deception in asking patients not to drink whilst taking something. There are sometimes strong reasons and where the evidence is patchy they are just being cautious, not just trying to use it as a way to stop people drinking. That would just threaten the compliance with the drug they want the patient to take.
There is a general public perception antibiotics and alcohol don't go together, but every time I've had an antibiotic where you can definitely safely drink moderately on, I've had neither the doctor or pharmacist tell me otherwise. If in doubt I'd be inclined to go with them ahead of a bunch of us clowns on here pretending to know without so much as even asking what you're taking and why!Like blood on iron

This is as close to insanity as I’ve witnessedOriginally posted by PTP View Postyeah I'm the same

We’ve taken three goal leads into the second leg of the 1/4 and Semj finals of the Champions League. Look at Bayern last night, a decent performance away from home counted for **** all because they ballsed up the home leg.
In my wildest dreams I didn’t think we’d be in this position 90mkns away from the final.Modifying post.
