Shrewsbury were far too cocky in the run in to that. Ended up talking themselves into being massive favourites moaning about who they were having to play against. Theyve absolutely blown a 2 week media campaign by being ****e.

Everything they said or did put more pressure on them to win. Come the big night only one team had the experience of playing a big match in a big stadium.

Saying all of that it was an immense performance from the kids. They were so composed. The only player I feel sorry for is Rhian Brewster, how he must wish to have been involved in that.

Jones and Williams look immense talents. And Elliott is incredible for a 16 year old, he is going to be some player.

They just showed the goal from a million angles and had one camera on Millie, and he is cheering Neco Williams winning the header and he is mouthing „come on!“ with wide open eyes, and you can see how much Millie cares for the kids and the club! ****ing ace!

Why? Our kids are good enough for them lol.

We could give the whole first team the rest of the season off if they are going to perform like this every week!

Elliott could be a genuine superstar/Calvin klein model/Judas cunt who forces a move to Madrid etc.

Send the U23's to Newcastle the last week so the senior squad can go on a proper session after the last home game

In the simpler to understand days absolutely. In this modern phase of play era who the **** knows. Probably not

Player in the middle early on is the goalscorer

So it was the fella in the middle then...but when the ball is played in, he's back onside? Or is this still counted as the same phase of play? I don't get this whole "phase" malarky?!

One started. And 5 18 year olds. One of whom in the last week and 3 of the other 4 since September

                              Millie, manager in the making?

Neil Critchley just mentioned that they had done a lot of work with Van den Berg on heading and long balls and how well it paid off because he was outstanding today. Neco Williams also interviewed, he conducted himself so well, and what a legend he was today. Trent Mark 2? The future is looking so so bright.
