I don't want to end up as an apologist for Adrian here, as he was **** tonight, along with half the team. But if you drop another keeper into a team that has started to have attack after attack rained down on it and think you're going to solve the problem you're missing the point. The problems at the moment are bigger than that. I certainly would not put a young keeper into that, and if you buy a decent one you're hoping they are going to come in a solve all your defensive and midfield problems - they're not going to and will probably become notorious jellies as well.
Obviously if we go and buy an Oblak I won't be moaning though.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

he has no business being at LFC. Sounds harsh but apart from that little purple patch when he came.. He has made so many errors it's unreal. Alisson seems to lick up injuries, we are trouble if Adrian is the guy we have to rely on. Nowhere near good enough

Adrian set the tone very early on. It must have been a "here we go again" type scenario. He has to go.Originally posted by Venton View PostI don't want to end up as an apologist for Adrian here, as he was **** tonight, along with half the team. I'm not saying start Kelleher, I was genuinely asking the question because I haven't seen much of him, I guess you are probably the one on here who has seen the most of himOriginally posted by Venton View PostI don't want to end up as an apologist for Adrian here, as he was **** tonight, along with half the team. The problem clearly goes beyond Adrian, but he doesn't help the matter. I am concerned that we remember his performances early last season through rose tinted specs. He looked very shakey even thenLast edited by Exiled_red; 04-10-20, 09:46 PM.The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Again, I'm not going to stand up for his performance today, but I think the reasons we shipped 7 here tonight are bigger than just him.Originally posted by kemm1 View PostAdrian set the tone very early on. He's not experienced enough, and certainly not with the defence at the moment. Keepers need to play to get on a roll though, so who knows?Originally posted by Exiled_red View PostI'm not saying start Kelleher, I was genuinely asking the question because I haven't seen much of him, I guess you are probably the one on here who has seen the most of him
