He also said that the game is terminated after the offside and that you'd need to prove intent for assault to then punish him. So they will say it was a 'tackle' outside of play, therefore he'll obviously get off scot free. So ****!

It really is a shocker from the officials, as I thought the endangering an opponent and responsibility for your actions trumps the offside. Pickford should have been sent off. Can he get a retrospective ban for that?
