If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

          This is it!

We are top of the league and if we intend to stay there, we need to beat a fairly flat Manchester City. They are still a great side but on the back of our thrashing of Atalanta, we have a fully firing front three and a maybe some key players back for selection such as Thiago and Matip.

I can't help but be overconfident about this one but we certainly won't underestimate them.

Just realised, we also played City last year at 4.30pm on Remembrance Sunday. Hopefully the result is the same this year.

I think that's probably why he hasn't played that much under Klopp when he has been fit. Lovely footballer, capable of things that most of our midfielders cannot do but the graft and the tactical side of it probably isn't his forte.

I really like him. Great player. Just difficult to find a starting spot for him in a Klopp 4-3-3 (possibly not so much the formation - more the way Klopp demands his players play).
              Another MASSIVE game

He’s a fantastic player with the ability to play the killer passes like Thiago to unlock packed defences.

True. Would you start him against City?

Can't believe we are 27/10 to win. Even though we are missing important players, that still seems generous odds. Especially when you consider how good we looked in our last game

yeah he's not that versatile which seems a massive thing for Klopp. A very specific player that plays in a very specific position. I do think Klopp will start Keita, time will tell if that is a good decision or not.

No idea where it's coming from but seeing people discuss 'rumours' that all four forwards start in a 4231. If true - a big if - that would scare me a bit. A midfield 2 hasn't worked particularly well for us and you'd think we'd get overrun in the middle?

I'll be happier with a 433 and whoever Klopp prefers from Bobby or Jota.

I think I'd settle for a draw today. A win would be massive. A defeat would put City within overtaking distance with their game in hand.

                          Impossible to call.
                          Oh I don't know.

Would be a very tight game. City will be all out to make up that gap or at least, not allow it to grow bigger. We’d have to be at close to our best to beat them I think. I also think Bobby will start that one, with Matip back in defence.
                            Are we winning?

This is the most nervous I've been about a game for ages.

First goal is normally massive in these games.
