He's subs are bizarre. If the vibe is everything is fine no wonder the players are playing so poorly. Winni comes on first. Pointless sub. Shaq gets 3 minutes. ****ing pointless. It actually cost us time making the sub. Its so frustrating.

I can't disagree with this. We aren't armed with the full picture is my only caveat. The medical team probably told him Thiago only had 20 mins and Milner was probably out on his feet. But surely Shaq could last more than three minutes.
