Mines Matip VVD... Konate is edging ever closer, though. I dont think he has the dainty touch of the other two. I think it could be a case of mix and match depending on the opposition... or on Matip being fit. All on a different level to JoGo to be fair.

With our current squad and injuries, i think i would almost do Matip, Virgil, Konate in defense.

With Bobby, Mo and Nunez up front..... Bobby helping out midfield when we are without the ball.

Obviously this would go out the window when Diaz and Jota are back or when we sign Bellingham but right now i wouldn't be unhappy to see that line up

I think Konate is good enough now to give Virgil the odd chance to rest. The problem is either him or Matip are often injured and Virgil is the only one who can seemingly go on a long injury-free run.
