    Like ive been saying for years. Our players lack composure in front of goal. We need 10+ good chances to score. Our midfielders all have awful shooting technique from distance too, as does TAA and Robbo.

    We desperately need a threat from distance in midfield like KDB

      Special mention has to go out to Mo Salah, the apparent best player in the world who is demanding best player in the world money to renew his contract, who has also been utter dog **** for 5 mths and just played one of the worst finals from a player ive ever seen.

      He's just a product of Klopp's system, he was nothing before he came here and he'll be nothing when he leaves, just like Coutinho. Ditto Mane

        I think it’s a good thing that they have to do it tbh- will give the fans a chance to show our appreciation (not that I’ll be there), but more importantly, klopp will use it to motivate them for next year. The players won’t want to be there, and it will be mocked by rival fans, but the players will come back angrier next season, and reckon we’ll be unstoppable.

          CL Final Liverpool v Real Madrid (Paris)

          Courtois was world class today, that was the difference.

          I'm not sure I have the energy for another season with 98 points a season oil city automatons spunking loose change at game changing worldies or right backs.

          We should bin off the cups or just stick with the deeper squad right up to the finals unless we're out of Europe.

          Maybe next year will be more exciting with City turning to **** as a consequence of accommodating Haaland, and Carvalho becoming the next Kaka in our midfield.

            Gutted we lost but I feared the worst at HT. If you’re going to dominate a half vs Real you need to put them to bed cause you know they’ll get their chance at some point, which the did.
            Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

              Saving a few shots that are straight at you or weak is not a world class performance. He did his job.

              We were ****, thats why we lost.

              Also that French cunt of a ref didnt help.

                Did you even watch the match? He made some excellent saves, some were fingertips.

                I'm with you in thinking we should start again and start a new project around new exciting players like Elliott and Carvalho.

                  Obviously i did. They we're routine saves. The only one that he really had to work for was the Mane one, which was a excellent save.

                  Courtois having the game of his life (which her didnt) is not thee reason we lost.

                  We were **** offensively. TAA was ****, Robbo was ****, Mane was **** and most of all Salah was beyond ****. He should've been hooked first, but his massive ego cant take it. He's holding that contract renewal like a gun to our heads. He's been garbage for months now, running into blind ally's trying to do it all himself. Its time to go IMO. Youre acting bigger than the club now. See you later. He'll be another Coutinho, Torres, Owen etc.

                    To be honest the game/result went how I feared it would, it followed the same sort of pattern as a number of our games have recently: we have played a good half over the 90 mins, we have created chances but not taken them, we haven't really looked right in front of goal for weeks, and in general we look tired from the amount of football we played.
                    The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

                        Still gutted, I think we looked better when Naby and Bobby came on. With hindsight we could have made that change sooner.

                        It is what it is and I’m still incredibly proud of the whole squad to get so close to the Quad. Now they know what it feels like, maybe next year will be our year?

                        I have just booked 2 rooms for the 9-11 June 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Ataturk Airport. £50 a room free cancellation and transferable. Klopp was right, we go again. YNWA

                              Agree, they weren't. But they weren't all great shots either. Many were half hits or scuffed. Salahs headers were right at him.

                              Anyhow, in my view, Diaz was our best outlet, but Thiago was clearly injured and not finding his full range of passes, so we didn't use Diaz effectively. I would have left him on and hooked Salah though. Agree that we looked better when firmino came on, he had loads of space, but no runners. Salah was predictable.

                                Was MOTM - rated 10/10 in the Guardian. 2 of the saves were unbelievable - nothing routine about them.
