This run off bad form has pushed those of you who barely enjoyed the great few years we’ve had way past the tipping point. It’s miserable as **** on here.
……and those underperforming laughing cunts are taking the piss. No comebacks, cant get sacked from their golden goose contract. If the majority of people in here had just 1 of Salah’s weekly wages. They would be infinately better off…..and you wonder why its as miserable as **** in here
**** knows what is going on behind the scenes but for him in his position that is a massive downgrade.
Yep. That is a big step down for him even if he took up the same position at Ajax that he has with us.
He goes there in a lower position and it starts to stink even more of a guy who got a job, found out he was out of his depth at his new level and is now in the process of finding a similar job with less pressure/expectations.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness
There’s all sorts of reasons that people move jobs. More money, more responsibility, different responsibilities, a new challenge, family reasons, lifestyle changes and more. It’s not like a footballer who considers club reputation, chances of silverware. And I t’s not like our careers necessarily follow a path from small firm to progressively larger ones.
I think it’s responsible to wonder why he left but not to infer that his chose of Ajax meant he was desperate to get out. They have a better reputation than us in many ways, everyone looks at them punching above their financial weight, bringing through top quality talent, a generally well run club. Maybe they have beanbags and foosball tables. Maybe he’s a pot head.

I don't think anyone is necessarily saying that he shouldn't move clubs for whatever reason, but it's disingenuous to say that he was leaving at the end of the season because he wanted a break from football, to be taking (or at least looking to take) another job in football as soon as he leaves.
This suggests that the reasons initially given for leaving aren't genuine and there is likely more of an issue with how he found the working conditions at LFC
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
People are saying he’s taking a big step down in his career and drawing inferences, ie things at Liverpool must be really ****.
More speculation, maybe it wasn’t actually his choice and ‘stepping back from football’ was the agreed narrative. Especially as he likely has a non-compete clause in his contract that would prevent him walking into a similar jobs, particularly one in the same country. So even if he chose to leave, he probably still couldn’t announce a new job without issues.
