Thanjk you.

I am very chuffed that we've closed that gap significantly. All the talk has been about how wonderful NUFC and MUFC have been and yet there we are again.
Utd away at WHU this weekend, Newcastle playing Arsenal. Could be very interesting
Yeah, this.
How on earth are we close to them after our horrible, awful, very **** season, and their excellent ones.
* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

Only a few short months ago there was loads of media chatter about how the red mancs were going to win the quad.
Also the same red mancs were calling our season last season a flop because we "only" won the league cup and FA cup along with "only" being runners up in the league and CL.
This season they are trying to spin the idea of a domestic cup double as an amazing achievement.
Guess standards are much higher when it comes to Liverpool.
I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.

That’s so true hey. And it was so nice to see then undone in Fergie time by a penalty in the 99th minute against Brighton
Two massive games for us today. If both Newcastle and Man United win it's over. Tbh I think they'll both lose ...in which case it's on. Still unlikely, but on. I'd take one of them losing tbh.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Arsenal need to rally but I think they're broken, they just don't have the fight. West Ham are right down there but probably feel safe. Tough to call

West Ham still have that sickness bug as well I think so will be under strength again today. Not sure they'll win but if they scrape a draw that would help!

Yeah I feel a draw is as good Moysey can get out of them.

Hard to tell, as Chelsea are ****, but was still a decent result for Arsenal last time out. Hopefully with less pressure on, they'll find a bit of form again.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?
Newcastle realistically only need 2 wins from 5. They can both collapse and still be uncatchable.
Assuming we win our very winnable games we can still catch them. They do have margin for error but the nreves could get to them if they do slip up.
If Newcastle lose today (0-1 down currently) then there is a small chance they'll struggle to get over the line.
Newcastle's remaining games:
Leeds (a) - Allardyce new manager bounce?
Brighton (h) - Tough match against Brighton who have top 4 in their sights too
Leicester (h) - Relegation threatened but probably one they'll win
Chelsea (a) - Hopefully Chelsea have found a bit of form now and Newcastle will bottle it?
They need a minimum of 6 points, possibly 7 from those if they lose today. Honestly I'd say although it's unlikely it is definitely possible (look at how Arsenal bottled it).
I think given the fixtures we're slightly more likely to catch these than United anyway looking at it.
