Very much an upper mid table team this season.

Still it says a lot about us that what we regards as utter **** is still in that upper midtable area when for a lot of teams that would be seen as doing great.

It holds over 50 thousand. The EL final is generally held in a smaller stadium than the CL final.

I know. As a rugby fan who makes the Dublin trip every two years I just feel so disappointed with the Aviva. Especially after being in Croke Park in the interim. All that money for 3,000 extra seats and the smallest stadium in the six nations.

It is what it is. Still if we made it to the EL final next season, I am sure 50 odd thousands could make the Aviva bounce.

It sounds immense at times with the noise the rugby crowds make and even that made by the crowds for the ROI footy team. Tens of thousands of LFC supporters would sound glorious there.
