I don't think it is either of these things. I think we have not got the pre-season right (resulting in loads of injuries and players that don't look even close to sharp) and we have either made a mis-step tactically or are taking longer than usual to take new things on-board. On the latter point:Originally posted by rudedog View Postdefinitely a hangover from being pipped to both the domestic and champs league trophies.
I don’t think Klopp has been too loyal, just been screwed with injuries again.
1 We have got to find better ways of either getting Mo more involved or at the very least enabling Mo to keep key CENTRAL defenders occupied.
2 Diaz is becoming disconnected from the rest of the team, because the understanding isn't there with his full-back and other attackers are not making the moves that give him penalty box options.
3 We have got to get variety into our attacking. I also think we have to increase the threat (in terms both of shots and incisive passing) from outside the box, so low blocks are less effective.
4 We need to sort out what we want from Trent. At the moment we seem to be asking him to be both creative on the wing and in the centre, but we are not providing cover behind him because we are using that midfielder to give extra width. That is a very open way of playing, and tends to work far more effectively with 3 at the back.

I don't remember feeling so defeated under Klopp, I think I wont watch against Bournemouth if I see Milner and/or Henderson starting.
Looking at the stats for this season, per 90. It's only a few games but damning nonetheless.
Henderson has lost possession 19 times and Milner 20. Henderson tends to sit very deep so it's very concerning.
They both have under 80% passing accuracy. Almost half of Hendersons completed pass are in his own half. So we can't move past the press and move the team forward.
Henderson has 2.1 duels contested, Milner has 15.1 which is great, but he only wins 30% of them. So neither can help TAA or Robbo out which leaves them on the backfoot and exposed.
Both of them are huge liabilities and I honestly don't feel like wasting my time on them.* The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

add in Firnino and thats 3 passengers everyt time they play, They are worse than passengers though as they are making us ven worse.
Add in that the only 2 players looking ok are Elliot and Diaz and all the others seem to be playing as bad as I can remember it really does look rather bleak at the moment,_____________________________________
Weak willed, Wank or do they have a masterplan?
Think we have the answer..Slot!!

A few of those players looked far too pleased with themselves after that result. Yeah a 9-0 isn't something that comes around often in this league. But after the pathetic turn up at the Mancs and the previous two ****house efforts they have a ways to go before they've undone their **** start to the season."When a man insults my country I insult him, by taking his woman" Tony Yeboah
"looking through your posts since 2007 and what you have consistently written about my football team I have come to the conclusion that if you had 1 more brain cell you would be a plant .. your father was a hamster and your mother smells of elder berries, I fart in your general direction ..." Nicey
