I think if you’re taking evasive action then you bring your arm forward and away relative to Robbo. He brings his elbow laterally upwards to his own shoulder height and he’s looking at Robbo as he does it.

I think he lashed out in a fit of temper.

If you take evasive action, then yes you pull away. However, if his reaction was more of an "just gerroff me" push away, raising the arm is how I would do it too.

Wouldn't class it as temper tho. Just a misjudgement of how much taller he was than Robbo.

Using your elbow seems an aggressive way to do that.

Everything about his demeanor and action appeared riled to me.
