With the new stoppage time ruled coming into play, matches could feasibly be 10% longer, so Doak coming off the bench against tired legs could be exciting to watch.

Just watched “ Robbo's Tour Challenge “ on LFCTVGO & it’s so good. At the end Robbo gets a shirt signed by the team & walks outside & gives it to a young fan in Singapore. The morale seems sky high with the squad & it’s so good to see. Not sure if it can be shared though.Me, I’m either planning a holiday or I’m on one.

Looking forward to this match today. Very curious how we line up as I imagine it will resemble something close to the Chelsea starting 11.
We all know Mo will start against Chelsea but so far Darwin has started every game with him, so will this continue? I expect Gakpo to start against Chelsea, but he drops into similar positions that Mac Allister was picking up against Leicester, so is Nunez a better fit in that setup?
Jones probably in pole position for DM role, so also a chance we play Gakpo alongside Mac Allister and not rush Szoboszlai. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

My take from all that is - isn't it nice to have options?Originally posted by RedReet View PostLooking forward to this match today. Very curious how we line up as I imagine it will resemble something close to the Chelsea starting 11.

I think Gakpo will be preferred against teams that sit deep and Darwin will be used against teams that like to press.Originally posted by RedReet View PostLooking forward to this match today. Very curious how we line up as I imagine it will resemble something close to the Chelsea starting 11.

We are spoilt for choice with our front 5. Jota/ Diaz could be a head to head today, best player keeps place for Chelsea.Originally posted by Fosterbloke View PostMy take from all that is - isn't it nice to have options?
My point was as much I wonder how much other players and combinations will impact who is picked as much as the player's individual form.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

With the exception of Konate and of Diaz and Jota being a toss up, I think the rest of that XI starts against Chelsea regardless if whether we buy a DM between now and that game.I don't hate people. I just feel better when they aren't around.
