We were a few minutes behind because of how we were watching.

Mrs C didn't realise and I saw the reaction on the match thread to the winner just as the wife asked "do you think we'll hang on?" I just sat forward and said "**** that, we are winning this!" she's like "What???" I'm rarely that confident about forecasting the result.

Anyway, it goes in we are celebrating like loonies and when the ref blows I tell her I already knew. It was worth the dead arm I got for the 3 mins of being a football forecasting god!

I'd never even heard of him before this. I saw they guy's name mentioned and had to look up who he was.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Just watched the entire second half (Optus Sport). God, we worked hard. On and off the ball. And we continued to look to win the game.

Michael Owen (in the studio) celebrating like he scored when Nunez hit the winner
              Another MASSIVE game

We’ve had comebacks under Klopp and done so many amazing things but we were always on the up under him or a relentless machine so you’d be more expecting it to an extent.

I think what makes this feel so good and special is we are at a bit of a crossroads as to are we going to be able to build again and do what we’ve done under Klopp again or are we falling behind now and in a situation that we might not be able to push those limits. It feels like another very defining moment, showing that mentality again and how much it meant to everyone. We hadn’t shown that level of resilience for a while and we all questioned if they still had it.

Maybe it’s the moment getting to me but if you look at the team from that Arsenal game last season onwards there’s plenty to be excited about. That belief and fight has been building back up and it really did go in to overdrive yesterday. Plus we’ve got new players in, some really exciting youngsters and that passion rediscovered.

Those close tittle races against city and loses to Madrid multiple times must have taken so much out of them mentally. As much as you’d expect it to drive them on when it’s on multiple occasions, and there’s serious question marks over how they’ve done it, you can’t always bounce back. Maybe that was a big part of last season. We’ve all thought what’s the point if they’re going to be allowed to get away with it, imagine how they must have felt putting everything in to it.

We sometimes forget what’s going on away from football with them. With all the stuff about Deli Alli coming out we’ve got to remember as much as they are highly paid professionals there will always be things outside of football that will affect them on the pitch.

Haha, I must have watched it about 20 times last night and completely missed that. Was prob directed at one particular fan he’d made eye contact with or that.

He does seem like he can go on to rival robbo for title of top ****house- think it was the Newcastle game last season when carvalho got the injury time winner when nunez (who hardly has a word of English) is shouting “Fuuuuuuuck Yooouuuuuu” to the Newcastle bench
                        I don't tip
