I’d rotate Gakpo and Nunez depending on who we are playing.

Nunez is a constant threat. Yes, on another day he could have had a hat trick. WTF are you all on!?!? If it wasn’t for Nunez we would have been only 1 - 0 up, not 3 - 0!!!
Your darling Salah needs many chances in games to score. Historically, your little welsh/manc darling needed had a conversion rate of around 1 in 7
When Nunez was subbed today, our threat was gone. Why are you not slagging off Jota and Gapko for doing **** all
Yuse cunts need to ****ing wise up. I’m ****ing sick of so called supporters ****ing dissing Nunez!!!
Just **** right off!!!!
Drunken rants.

If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Haters gonna hate, nothing you can do about it really. Nunez could have a stellar game, but misplace one pass/shot and for the rest of the game/post game that's all you'd hear mentioned, totally ignoring the good work done to focus on one failure as if it justifies the constant, never-ending criticism.Originally posted by Assassin View PostVenton, Spud gun, and others

Love the passion.
Genuine question here. Against Newcastle where Nunez scored those lovely drilled goals across the keeper, would you have been shocked if he'd missed either or both of them, drilling them wide or weakly hitting them straight into the keeper's arms? I wouldn't.
That's my issue with Darwin at the moment. He's full of running and enthusiasm, strong in the air and sometimes on the deck. But sometimes he makes awful ricketts when he should do much, much better. It's a conundrum.Experimental music, Metropolitan foodstuffs, Mexican wrestler art, London suburbia, wry whimsy, fansy pants flim flam lad

Common sense and squad rotation is a side?
Until we play City at the end of November, not sure we need a particular setup to overcome any side. Form should therefore be the biggest factor when picking who starts and right now Nunez is comfortably ahead.
Another big plus for Nunez is he gets more out of Mo, they definitely have a good understanding. No surprise he got his first goal from open play today and could have had more.If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

No, I wouldn’t have been shocked. The keeper was favourite in both situationsOriginally posted by Venton View Post

Your issue is, the fact that you have made your mind up before kick off that he is ****e. Last weekend must have been a complete head **** for you!

Agreed he's work in progress. Conundrum is we have to play him to help him improve.Originally posted by Venton View Post

I can see why some might think differently but I’ve long since decided that I’m in camp Darwin. I understand that sometimes when we play him our build up and control can be compromised but, the inescapable reality is that we always look more threatening when he’s on the pitch. When it clicks for him it almost doesn’t matter what the opposition does, he’s going to cause carnage and I love that quality in a player. He’s the nuts. It's easy to distract fat people. It's a piece of cake.
